LayTec is the leader in the field of in situ monitoring systems for epitaxial/crystalline thin-film growth (MOVPE, MBE). Recently, the application range of LayTec's in situ monitoring systems has been expanded also to amorphous and organic thin-film growth processes (sputter deposition, VTE, OVPD).
Our sensors measure with an extreme precision already during the thin-film deposition process: growth rate, layer thickness, doping levels, ternary material composition, surface roughness, substrate temperature and strain-induced substrate bowing.
