SENTECH offers plasma process technology equipment and thin film measurement tools, manufactured by SENTECH Instruments in Berlin-Adlershof.
SENTECH Spectroscopic Ellipsometer, Laser Ellipsometer and Reflectometer are used to measure thin layers and layer system on reflecting substrates and on glass.
