SOLVIX was found in 2001 as a sister company of CPAutomation. At SOLVIX, new exceptionally high in performance plasma-power-generators, the MAGIX-DC; the Magix DC-HV; the MAGIX-DC-Pulse and the MAGIX-Arc-Evaporator-products are developed and manufactured. The products built are of superior quality and use patented technology for the broadest output range in DC- and pulsed DCtechnology.
In output power, the SOLVIX Magix and the SOLVIX Magix-Compact supplies range from 1,5KW to 50KW, as single and dual units and as a combination of Master/Slave up to 210KW. Air- and watercooled Magix are available. For DC-pulsing we can offer IGBT or MOS-FET technology up to 350KHz.
The SOLVIX Magix are designed for processing techniques such as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition); PE-CVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition); Bias and Ion-Enhanced Etching.
The utilization of the SOLVIX Magix are at companies and institutes involved in the surface treatment and thin-film-depositioning of advanced materials like data storage products; hard and decorative coatings; optical and industrial glass surfaces; tribological applications; semiconductors; solar cells and flat panels.
